Packing for a Move?
We are offering a special new service.  We have had so many move out/move in cleanings this past summer, I have come to the conclusion that so many people are in need of just the plain simple chore of packing up personal items.  Sure the movers are ready to move your furniture and personal items so long as they are boxed up.  But seriously, with our busy lives, being totally exhausted from working all day or even just so stressed out and mentally tired from the office all week long.  Who has the energy or time to want to pack. 

I have experienced moving two times in a period of 6 months about 5 years ago. Overwhelmed????  Yes, definitely.  But I still had to pack all my stuff.  Sort through years of memories, and stressed out from working full time.  Devastated????  Yes, definitely.

So personally going thorough the transition of changing homes, and now even more knowing with my own cleaning company, there is a huge need for packers.

If you are selling, buying, whatever the need......down sizing, up sizing (ha ha) whatever, call me and I will be happy to take a look and see how much time it will take and giving you an estimate.

Rates will vary, depending on the amount of packing needed.

We do ask that you supply the boxes, packing materials, etc. necessary to get the job done.

We will be happy to provide the sweat and muscle to get the job done.



Spring or Fall Cleaning

Spring and Fall Cleanings can be very time consuming, that is why we want to help.  Something everyone dreads doing..........deep cleaning or Spring Cleaning.  

That is normal because all families want to enjoy the outdoors when the weather begins to get warmer.  Get out of the house and do something fun with your family and friends, we will have your home sparkling clean when you return.

Saturdays are just about the only day that "working" wives and mothers have to clean.   Don't take precious time away from your family and friends just to clean...........we can do it for you.  Our lives are so busy with everyday things, such as work, family times, activities with your children, etc. that we offer only hit the "high spots" when we clean. 

Your home will be estimated based on one of three (3) categories:  light, medium or heavy soil and your spring cleaning price will be based upon the soil category and the size of your home.  Usual spring/fall cleanings begin at $250.00 for a deep house cleaning.  However, prices will vary depending on the level of cleaning needed and areas to be cleaned.  Must see to accurately quote your cleaning.

You can expect us to be there several hours of the day depending on the size of your home.  Estimated time:  Based on a 2500 square foot house with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, den, and office this takes anywhere from 3 to 4 hours to "deep clean", depending on the level of cleaning required this includes all windows, blinds, etc.  If your house is larger, then it takes longer of course, sometimes up to 8 hours.


What is included in Spring and Fall Cleanings
And INITIAL CLEANINGS:

Kitchen

Place dishes in dishwasher and turn on

Exterior of appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop) cleaned

Microwave cleaned inside and out

Countertops and backsplash cleaned and sanitized

Small appliances, canisters, items on countertops cleaned

Cabinet door fronts cleaned with Murphy's Oil 

Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

Floor vacuumed and mopped

Window over sink and Windowsills cleaned

Trash emptied and liners replaced

Clean or dust table and chairs in eat-in areas


Bathrooms

Sink and vanity top thoroughly cleaned and disinfected

Vanities cleaned with Murphy's Oil

Mirrors cleaned, pictures dusted, shelving cleaned

Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned and disinfected

Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined

Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind

Sweep and hand-wash floor

Towels changed (if left out)

Trash emptied and liners replaced
